The Bicycle Exercise
The result of doing this exercises will strengthen your lower abs and rectus abs. All you have to do is lie down on the floor and make sure your lower back is pressed against the ground. Bring your hands up to your head and your knees lifted to forty-five degrees. Begin cycling as if you were riding a bike. Your left knee and your right elbow should touch every time. Do the same for the opposite knee and elbow. This pedaling motion will strain your mid-muscles and through time fat will be burned. For the best impact, do twenty reps daily.
Captain’s Chair Ab Workout
For this exercise you’ll need a regular gym equipment piece, a Captains Chair. Take hold of the grip handles with your forearms against the arm rests. Place your feet on the step rests. Using your forearms, lift your body and your feet up at the same time. Let your legs dangle as you hold your body up and keep your back straight against the chair. Tighten your abdominal muscles by lifting up your knees to your chest and exhale while you do this. Don’t let your legs down until you have held them up for a few counts. Do this several times. You should feel your middle section tightening and then relaxing every time you lift your knees and release. It will only be effective if it’s done properly. When this exercise is done daily, your stomach will get the six-pack you want.
